well can I do it or not? just to be safe my ds ill transfer 2 is already broken as the charging port is busted but i have another back up ds if no body knows what could happen just to be safe rather then sorry

Nothing stopping you from transferring to/from stock 3DSes. I don't know how you deal with non-legit titles, backup tickets beforehand, then restore them after perhaps?
