Homebrew Is it possible to run the noexs sysmodule and the sys-ftpd sysmodule at the same time?

Would love to run these both sysmodules at the same time, if i try to enable them both in the Kosmos Toolbox it just doesn't work. I can only enable one of these.
Im running 2/3 sysmodules, sys-clk, sys-ftpd and noexes. Im on the latest atmosphere version (0.9.4) and the firmware 8.1.0.

Im talking about this noexs sysmodule (link) and the latest (6e4993f) sys-ftpd (link).
