They gave up on the blue sky3ds when the new security came out for games. It has a 0% chance of working. Ever.

Nintendo made most of their releases have AP on them now. That was why the Orange button came out with built in firmware.

I don't know on which version you have your 3ds on but you should check out https://3ds.guide in order to get CFW and be able to do more stuff and play more games

It's possible if you have CFW, as you need to patch the game to remove the 9.6+ security

At which point you could just have installed it, but yes it's possible

Honestly, you could get alot of money from selling your sky3ds blue button, as they're always in demand. With the money you could make from that, you could buy a DS flashcart compatible with b9s, that would allow you to install a full cfw. This allows you to play all of your game backups without the need to worry about security, compatibility, or private headers, though you only need to buy the flashcart on 11.4 and above, which I assume you are on. If you do not want to this, fine by me, it's just a suggestion.
