Homebrew Is it possible to make a .cia of ONE dlc of installed dlcs in one title with godmode9

I tried to make a .cia from an .app file inside the 00000000 folder, and installed it with FBI but the dlc don't work.

As far as I know you must uninstall the DLC title, redownload only what you want to backup, and then package that
