hi , I am a big noob and I hate that :(
all I wanna do is just use CIA files , with rxtool I have to lunch through the browser ...

so I wanna ask, is it easy to switch to Luma3ds ? keeping in mind that i don't wanna lose save files
question two, is there an easy way to lunch luma3ds without the internet ? because that would be really great

thanks in advanced

Switching RxTools to Luma is just replacing a single file from the SD card.

That, though, won't change the way you boot the CFW, in other words you will still be using your actual entrypoint (Internet Browser) to boot the CFW (which is actually a really old boot method, anything older and you would be using MSET).

The better options would be Menuhax which uses a exploit in the themes to start the CFW near boot time, or the superior option which is arm9loaderhax which uses an exploit in the firm partition and lets you run the CFW before even the 3DS system (including certain recovery tools, useful for preventing bricks), also with a9lh you don't depend on Emunand to have a confortable CFW and you can use Sysnand to play CIAs and update, unlike Menuhax.

It's very easy. Here are the steps for you.
( this is menuhax with luma3ds. You could also go for a9lh with luma3ds but that is a long. Process. It is the best out there. )

Plug your sd in the computer.
Go to this link and download starter.zip
https://smealum.github.io/ninjhax2/starter.zip
Extract everything from the zip into the root sd and replace everything that is already there with the same file name.

Plug your sd into your 3ds and run browserhax
(Google browserhax and click the first option and then click auto page)

You will see homebrew launcher
Click menuhax manager.
Click install
Wait until installed.

When installed plug your sd into computer again

Then download luma3ds and extract everything from the hax folder onto the root
https://github.com/AuroraWright/Luma3DS/releases
of the sd card and also replace.
Also extract everything from the menuhax folder onto the root and replace.

Plug sd back in 3ds and hold L button while booting the 3ds. Don't touch any other buttons.
You will see a luma3ds screen with options
Turn on "show nand in....."
Rest off.

Press start.

And there you go. EMUNAND with luma3ds
While booting hold L and you will boot EMUNAND.

I recommend using a different colour theme for EMUNAND so you know when you are in EMUNAND and when you are in sysnand

WARNING: DO NOT CHANGE YOUR THEME IN SYSNAND/NORMAL NAND, IT BREAKS MENUHAX

Is it difficult or risky to upgrade from Menuhax to arm9loaderhax?

Not at all, while yeah, you are meddling with the core files of the 3DS, the tools are very secure and the steps very straightforward. The only risk you might have is if you try to skips steps or if you use files not respective to your console (region and model).
