Can i just go ahead and install every IOS out there that i'm missing in my system? For example IOS 33, 35, and so forth. with the exeption of IOS 60, and 61 cuz im on soft mod 3.2u with preloader . Im just wondering.
I think there would be complications since doesn't IOS 3/4 block homebrew? & IOS16 was that fish disc.

Nope, there won't be complications at all. Just don't install the new IOS30, which doesn't work with 3.2.
And never update your IOS.
