Yes,it is ok and It is reasonably current.
It miss for Example the Bluebomb Exploit and str2hax.

Priiloader is v0.8 (a newer Version and Beta Update is available)
The cIOS Setup is ok.

Mymenify is not really a "standard" Tool and can brick your Wii if you do not have flawless Themes.

WBFS Manager is no longer recommended to use (it has a serious Issue) !!
