Hacking Is Hack On FW 6.2 Possible?

I have read the 1st post https://gbatemp.net/threads/aio-ps4-exploit-guide.497858/ and it shows RUMORED: 6.20 PIRACY (NO HEN) ---

That means nothing to me :(. -- I am on 6.2 and would simply like to play 'backup' games.

Is there a method for me to do this on 6.2?

I should update that.

Yeah a “method” came out for basically game share, activating a console when it should be deactivated.

It’s garbage though. No debug settings, no HEN, no homebrew, and relies on someone having paid for the games and being willing to share (£££)

Edit: removed from first post.

Just update your PS4 for the latest OFW, buy the New games e comeback when the PS4 spanlife is already in place for a possible Jailbreak to come...

What do you mean "When the PS4 span life is already in place for a possible Jailbreak to come..."

I'll give you a hint where to start. Very recently plenty of documentation has been disclosed on an unsigned code execution exploit happening in the WIFI SoC firmware of many consumer devices. Potential fun to be had.

Involving the Marvel Avatar 88W8897 wireless chipset

It says that proof of concept code has not been released, lol

I’ll give you a hint: it’s a non starter for PS4.

What about the video apps exploit that was demo'd at 35c3? Apparently this exploit works on all firmware versions.

I wonder if anyone is working on that...
