Moot point because the bank does not nor do they need to know what you purchased.
As the webpage loaded in my browser, flash cart information was PLASTERED everywhere... if the bank investigates the issue and tries to contact them, they would see what kind of business the website is doing. There goes any help. :/

The payment handler doesn't always reflect the vendor (example, when I buy from eachgame it shows on my bank statement as alipay, which is who handles their transactions). Furthermore, most websites that sell flash carts also sell other products, like SD card readers, iPhone cases, and light up golf balls. Just because they sell something doesn't mean you're automatically buying it. Furthermore, flash carts are not illegal in the usa, so the bank has no right to not assist you on grounds of that.

First time was instant respond , 2 to 4, Mehh.

It depends on what time you can hit them at. If i contacted them right now about an inquiry, they'd get back to me within the hour because it's early morning in Hong Kong right now.

But wait, they do sell micro sd with roms on it, Wouldn't that would make illegal both the flashcart and the micro sd since you are using the flashcart for downloaded games and not ''Backups'' . Just wondering, I know flashcarts are not ilegall , and i didn't bought anything but the r4i.

I either contact them in the morning or at this time (almost 10 in here). But i have heard from people who said they respond like 1 week later.

Huh, never had a problem. Sorry to hear that these issues still occur though. :(

Or better yet GBATemp's official sponsor http://nds-card.com/

I've worked with Gamekool before, they didn't scam me, but their customer service was crap, their shipping took too long, and they nearly screwed up my order until I corrected them before they shipped it.
I went with nds-card, tho the site seems to be down right now.. But seriously, accepts paypal, has 10-13$ card, and free shipping. What more do people need...?

If they aren't public domain "homebrew" games, instead real retail titles, it is very illegal. Also "and not ''Backups''" wouldn't matter, the backup excuse is overplayed. Backups are completely illegal, at least in the US. EULA states you're allowed one copy and that copy is on the cart, also to even make a "backup" you have to circumvent copyright protection, which is also illegal.

Also about the roms, they are prob waiting for trouble then planning to claim ignorency. Which will prob work or they will get sued for all their profits from sales of the sd cards in question. (so yea they just dont care I suppose? Of course I dont know any canadian law) Theres another flashcart site that sells them is is reputable (guy is a member here).
