Hacking Is DSTWO GBA the best GBA emulator for the DSTWO?

Wow I solved the issue and if I told you what it was you will think I was some jackass.

When I went into the plugin folder I noticed all the extensions for the emulators ended in .nds but when I downloaded TempGBA it had a .plg extension. I changed it to .nds thinking that .plg was wrong and this is why I got a dark screen everytime. Sorry for wasting your time *facepalm*

P.S. Can GameYob play games on fullscreen and if not are there plan to add that later on? The small screen is kinda hurting my eyes a bit.

Yeah, DSTwo specific plugins (gba/snes/video) always end in .plg. Yes, the latest (unstable) GameYob can play games fullscreen.

I dont see the option anywhere unless its a specific button input im suppose to use. I remember on the lameboy it was one of the L or R buttons that did it.

It is a configuration option the settings menu. And you must use the unstable build from http://gbatemp.net/threads/gameyob-a-gameboy-emulator-for-ds.343407/ (to be specific, this link http://dl.dropbox.com/u/100702766/gameyob/gameyob.nds ).
