Ok, guys I've found this guide:
  1. Start Gold/Silver (you don’t actually need to play, just launch it and let it create the sav.dat)
  2. Export the save as a reference file in JKSM.
  3. Copy the save over to your PC, it is located in /JKSM/Saves/Game_Name/Backup_Name
  4. Open your favorite Hex editor, mine is HxD
  5. Make a copy of your emulator save in case something goes wrong.
  6. Open both your reference sav.dat and your emulator save (most likely romname.sav). You will see that the 3DS file is smaller, mine ending at hex line 00008000 while the emulator save is longer. Mine went to hex line 00008020.
  7. Delete the extra lines in the emulator save so it matches the reference sav.dat (most likely everything above the 00008000 line)
  8. Make a folder called Import, copy your modified emulator save into it.
  9. Rename it to sav.dat
  10. Copy the folder into the /JKSM/Saves/Game_Name/ Directory on the 3DS
  11. Import it in JKSM
  12. Start Gold/Silver and enjoy your save
I did it after using the gameshark codes in a emulator, and it worked:

I only needed to reset the RTC to the correct hour and day.
Thanks for your interest, and I hope some of you will find this guide helpful to, bye.
UPDATE!!
I don't know if that is the case but after using the "All Room Decorators" code, the slide puzzles at the Ruins of Alph got solved, but without unlocking any Unown forms.
So here's what I did, to fix it:
use this gameshark code after the "All Room Decorators" code
Reset the Unown puzzles (Turns the platforms by the puzzles back on so you can redo them).
Gold, Silver
01000BD8
Crystal (if someone needs it too)
9100C6DA
After that fallow the guide, and redo any puzzles you already did.
I'll keep updating if something else went wrong, after using the "All Room Decorators" code, bye.
