I use to play this games years ago and i wanted to give it ago again, i remember there being some hackers when i played it back then, but i wanna ask someone is it all hack infested?

Hackers? Do you mean cheaters?
I'd imagine if anybody is still playing these "old" games it'd be cheaters trying to have some fun with other people.
But I can't help you with said, I was never a fan of Call of Duty, especially on the Wii.

I think you'll probably not gonna run into a hacker since their are more powerful hacks on BLOPs and MW3 and those newer ones have a larger population.
Most good hacks are host only too.
TR;DR not many hackers these days.
