Gaming Is Arcade Racing Legends coming to Switch?

I recently stumbled across a video on YouTube reviewing the game "Arcade Racing Legends" recently released for the dreamcast. I spend most of the time watching the video being mildly annoyed that this game was being created for such an old system when the Switch is crying out for a decent arcade racer. Towards the end of the video the reviewer said that an enhanced version of the game would be being released for the Switch and PS4 in the future.

I had a search online to see if I could find any more information such as release date and expected price, but I can't seem to find any official news of this improved release on either the original Kickstarter page or the publisher's website.

Can anybody verify that this release is actually happening and is there any eta?

If you want a good arcade racer for the Switch you should check out Hotshot Racing!

I bought hotshot racing following a review on here. I wasn't really impressed. I tried to like it but I just kept thinking the whole time "Why aren't I just playing Virtua Racing?"

Ya there doesn't seem to be many "Arcade" racer on the switch unfortunately. Well none that i can think of.
