Hello!
I'd like to know if a homebrew Steam-Link (or an similar app) is possible for playing Steam Games in another desktop.

Do alternatives exist?

Wii doesn't support video output resolution above 480p, so I doubt if it's ideal device. getting a cheap used laptop/PC/RasPi(Yes I'm not joking) with linux installed on it might work better than Wii.

also usually using a streaming protocol provided by GPU manufacturer(such as Geforce Experience + Moonlight) performs way much better, if you're not aware.

anyway, If you really want to control your PC with your Wii, I found this project called WiiVNC: https://wiibrew.org/wiki/WiiVNC. You might want to try it. not sure if control is ideal for gaming tho. but keep in mind: using VNC to play games or watch videos is generally a bad idea and its performance is horrible.

Well, Steam Link supports 852x480 resolution for Streaming.
So i guess this wouldn't be an Exact problem?

Anyway, guess it's impossible.
