okay but can i have like a compare thing? like with all the FlashCarts if you can?
Here is what you should know:
The original R4 is really outdated compared to what we have now!
It can't use SDHC, and obviously not SDXC(althought I think you will never use such memory on a flashcard)
It does not work with DSi and 3DS and never will!
You should not invest in the original R4!
Most R4 clones are cheap imitations and should be avoided!
R4i gold is very recommended by GBATemp members!
It is very cheap!
It firmware is constantly updated!
It uses Wood that is one of the best Kernels for NDS flashcards!
Although I'd not use a product that steal the fame of others!
Acekard 2i is still cheap!
I bought mine for $13
You can use Akaio wich is one of the best kernels, and rivalize a lot with Wood!
It firmware is constantly updated!
It's the best cost-bennefit flashcard!
It's what I'd recommend to you!
DSTwo is the best but really expensive!
It cost vary from $35 to $50
It can play SNES, GBA, Movies and lots of stuff only it can do because of it's own CPU!
It have some features that you probably will never use like:
Save State, Real Time Walkthrough and being able to update it with a unupdated DSi/3DS
It bypass Anti-Piracy is the best!
And if you don't bother in spending so much on a flashcard, it's the perfect choice!
