Apple iPod touch 2g mc model help

I have an mc model iPod touch 2g I hot around Christmas and lately it has stopped heaping time. is this a sighn that the battery is dying? Any help appreciated. it was bought from an electronic store first-hand(new).

Did you try restoring your iPod?

yeah it didn't change anything. might replace it or the error on time and day will drive nuts

Apple just swapped mine as soon as I said the battery is stuffed. They ask you how long it usually goes for. Means i get new ipod every year

how every year? do they renew the warranty when it dies out?

itunes hates me i restored a second time and then it works(still think its a battery issue though).

Once the warranty's over, it's over. If you buy a new iPod, that iPod has a 1-year warranty.

The battery percentage's improved accuracy only applied to the iPhone 3GS. It's not to blame for a possible battery issue here.

Guys, when they replaced my iPod, the replaced iPod comes with a 12 month warranty as well so = WIN!
I'll just keep replacing my iPod.
