Ipod classic = unhackable??

It seems like the ipod classic is not compatible with the ipod wizard. It's been a few month now, not a single person was able to crack it yet?

I have a question, is the restore thing in itunes a way to format the HDD on ipod classic? If not, what is a good way to format ipod classic?
