Apple iPhone to Mac?

Right, so i recently purchased a macbook pro. I had my music on my old laptop and copied the songs to my iPhone. I then copied the songs using a program for windows onto my desktop. Now i have a new macbook and want to move the music from the iPhone to the laptop (i downloaded more songs when i was on the computer so i don't know where all the files are) Does anyone know of a free program so I can do this? Ive searched and the best I can find is called "senuti" but i would need to buy the full version in order to transfer all my songs and I dont feel like wasting $30 on them.
So, any tips?

Why don't you just sync them with itunes? You need to associate your macbook with your Apple account and authorize it before doing so.

I can't because I didn't get my music from iTunes so I can't just re-download them all from there
