Interview's Do' & Dont's

I had an interview last Friday, and the interviewer said they should know by next Friday(tomorrow), if I got the job. Should I give them a call or wait for them to call me. Also I already sent them a thank you letter which they should have gotten tuesday or wednesday of this week. Man I hate the whole interviewing process.

What do you think i should do?

Wait or give them a call?

I've been to some interviews.. and just let it go when they don't call me back..
Never thought about it that way
