Hi guys haven't been here for a while, just wanted to know if it was true

Started to hear rumors around the time the switch was released that all modded 3DS users are banned from any network access even if they used a modded 3DS while connected to the internet once

is there anything about that true? haven't used my 3DS in a while so i just wanted to make sure i can log back in again

Thank you in advance :)

as long as you dont cheat online or pirate games you wont get banned but even if you do you can always unban yourself via godmode9 (3dsFileBrowser)

Alright awesome :D!

what is the latest firm right now?

i'm still on 11.1.0-34U, don't remember which mod did i use even, just remember it was the one that made is safe to go back and forth

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

You should be fine as long as you aren't banned. Do you use the internet much on your 3DS?
i mean for like gameplay, if you play pokemon online or smash bro and stuff like that, i should have been clearer

11.6 is the latest and users between 9.0-11.3 have a very easy modding method follow this guide https://3ds.guide/homebrew-launcher-(soundhax)

ntr is a overlay that allows cheating
I don't use it but alot of ppl do
just don't make an insanely obvious edit like
hp 999999999999999
attack 9999999999999
defense 999999999999999
speed 9999999999999

  • NinStar @ NinStar:
I don't have a wii u anymore to test it myself, but if homebrews are not visible on the wii u menu I think you can press L + R + minus to open the plugin menu, there should be an option called "homebrews on wii u menu" or something similar
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:
    nope
  • crafthp434 @ crafthp434:

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
@Xdqwerty you can use a "spawner" function on any object.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Or when your player dies, you can say in code, if enemy exists, do nothing, but if enemy does not exist, then create enemy at certain spot. (This would be a pain tho for lots of emeies)
