Hacking Installing WADS on proper System Menus

What will happen if I install NTSC WADS onto a 4.3E Wii and vice versa? Would it just brick the Wii? This is my first time installing WADS onto my Wii. My Wii menu is 4.3E. Should I be installing PAL WADS onto my Wii or NTSC ones.

If you have priiloader set to region free system menu, then you can use (U) wads on a (E) Wii no problem.
