Hacking Installing PSX Games directly to XMB, and PS2 Games?

This is more of preference, I'd like to run my games directly from the XMB instead of in Multiman or go through the Multiman games folder on the XMB.

Is there anyway to make a PSX Game a .pkg compatible file on Rebug 4.81, the same with PS2 Games? I have been looking everywhere but have not found a lot of clear info online on what I'm supposed to do, or if some of the steps are done differently now.
