Hacking Installing ios 259?

How do I install ios 259? WAD manager as well as many other applications make it necessary to have ios 259. Because of this, I can't install anything either. So how do I install it? I don't have ios 222 or 223 either.

It's IOS249, not IOS259.

Use the cIOSXrev20b Installer to install Waninkoko's latest cIOS to IOS slot 249. I recommend using IOS56 as a base (greatest compatibility).

The IOS numbers are limited to the value of a single hex byte (0-255) as mentioned above 259 is not possible and you probably mean 249
