used the complete softmodguide and unable to load hdd

I recently got a wii and I used the softmod guide - https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/home

installed hombrew, nand and key back up, cios installation - https://sites.google.com/site/completesg/backup-launchers/installation in order to play gamecube games from dvdr and the gamecube backups do not load

I instaled USB Loader GX and I get the usb device not initalized even when using a y usb splitter and trying both ports.
I tried 2 different configurable usb loader... one version gives me error custom ios 222 is a stub
other version freezes on cfg screen and shows v70 249. if I disconnect the hdd and try loading cfg again; I get to the mounting dvice please wait ok! but freezes

I know the hdd does work as I used it on a old wii and have used it on my wii u.

any help would be apreciated. thank you

post a syscheck report here , please .

or use Modmii to softmod your wii , drop the syscheck report ( CSV file ) into Modmii , then it will tell you what to install .
