Is there any way I can install GC saves onto my GC mem card through tcp? Any way to copy the save from my computer to sd through tcp?

I dont have an sd reader and I want to copy the melee save onto my gc card/

As far as I know, there is no way of doing that. However, you can try using the Gamecube Saver to place it onto your GameCube Memory Card. Make sure that the name of the save file is two characters or less.

EDIT: Misread your post. If you don't have an SD reader, then this method will not work.

If you have a SD card then you should be able to copy the files and saves over to it using FTPii then uses the Gamecube Saver.

this is possible without a sd card reader.
first send ftpii to your wii using wiiload. edit: or easier (with user interface): http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Image:SendElf.zip
then use ftpii to transfer the gamecube saver application. then transfer the save file.
then run the gamecubesaver and copy the file from sd to gc memory card

Alright I figured it out, is there a way to load GC saves from the wii memory in a gamecube game? Like a virtual memory card?
