Homebrew ROM Hack Installing CTGP-R while ISFSHax installed

I'm currently attempting to install the CTGP-R mod on my modded Wii U running Aroma and ISFSHax. The official guide on how to install CTGP-R (https://chadsoft.co.uk/install-guide/#wiiu_55) asks that I replace the payload.elf file in the wiiu folder of my SD card, then boot into the vanilla Wii U environment and use the browser exploit to proceed. But since I have installed ISFSHax, my Wii U cannot boot into the Vanilla environment unless I remove my SD card altogether. Otherwise it will always attempt to boot into aroma, which fails because I replaced the payloadloader payload.elf with the one provided by CTGP-R. Can anybody tell me the exact steps on how to install CTGP-R if I am already booting through minute, with minute and the plugins installed into /storage_slc/sys?

That guide is horribly outdated and shouldn't be used. All you need is to boot the CTGP app from the Homebrew Channel in the vWii, exact same process as on a real Wii.
