benefits of this,

faster transfer rate
no double size usage requirement
manage games on sd

I'm guessing that the ff: will be pre-requisites

some sort of extdata tool
the console unique key as mentioned in https://3dbrew.org/wiki/Title_Database
so and to decrypt *if any the extdata / title list: / parse and or rebuild db: https://3dbrew.org/wiki/Extdata
I'm guessing the cia can just be simply extracted from a .3ds file or the .cia file itself

the big .app per game is the same, how do we know this? (*3ds, install game , tiny format, install game, compare .app from the other <id> folder)
