Gaming Installing cfw 3.90 m33_2 on brand new slim

Hi,

Ok i get my slim tomorrow and was thinking of also getting a datel pandora battery to change the firmware.
Can someone please explain to a noob exactly what i have to do with what and when step by step would be gr8.
I also already have a friends slim psp already running 3.90 m33_2 if that helps.

Why go out and buy a new battery when you can softmod it and revert it back by following this guide. This is assuming your friend would let you use his PSP to do yours. Click here

Where are you guys getting the new M33 firmware versions? I know there are plenty of places, but Im interested in finding one that I know others have used and that I can hopefully better trust.
