ROM Hack Installed Virtual Console .cia stuck on boot

I installed a pokemon yellow .cia via both FBI and BigBlueMenu. Every time I launch it, my 3DS hangs on the NINTENDO 3DS screen with the sound wave looking things. I previously installed a Spanish version of the same game that worked fine. How2fix?

Just visit its eShop page.

Open eshop and find pokemon yellow and click on repair game. It will redownload game and it will work.

i'm having the same issue but i can't access the eshop due to being on 9.2 ( i have sky3ds so no emunand for me )
is there another way to get this to work?

Your on 9.2 you can emunand 10.6 at anytime

go get all gateway files
go into gateway
format emunand
Go get all rxtool files
place them on your sd card
go launch rxtools
itll install a bunch of shit
unlink the nands (forgot how)
you are ready to go and fuck some things up, making a thread here on gbatemp and fix it.

In thw gateway menu you scroll to the right and choose FORMAT EMUNAND
