ROM Hack Installed Virtual Console .cia stuck on boot

I installed a pokemon yellow .cia via both FBI and BigBlueMenu. Every time I launch it, my 3DS hangs on the NINTENDO 3DS screen with the sound wave looking things. I previously installed a Spanish version of the same game that worked fine. How2fix?

Go get all rxtool files
place them on your sd card
go launch rxtools
itll install a bunch of shit
unlink the nands (forgot how)
you are ready to go and fuck some things up, making a thread here on gbatemp and fix it.

when you go into gateway, you don't the mean the flashcart right?
