Homebrew Initializing sd card... failed (Arm9loaderhax)

I got this far in the installation of arm9loaderhax on o3dsxl.

I get to the last step and i get into the decrypt9wip menu, but it says "Initializing SD card... failed Initialization: failed: (A to exit)"

I tried doing the next step, which is to download a torrent and add it to the card. pressing select won't eject the card but I got the card out anyway. But now when I press B it don't bring up any menu. Any idea what I should do? Everything else seemed to work and is still on the card.
