Hacking Importing DS Lite

I'm thinking of getting an Enamel Blue DS Lite. I found some on eBay located in the UK

My question is, Can I set the language to be english if I import the DS? Is there any difference in getting one from here (england) or from japan? Am I better off getting a white ds lite from europe?

Yes, you can set the language to english on a Japanese DS Lite. And you might want to buy from Superufo.com, as far as I know, they sell enamel navy DS's for the cheapest. I don't know if they ship to the UK though, but I'm pretty sure they do.
