Hacking im trying to get remote joy to work

ive been trying to get remote joy to work the plugins are on my psp and everything but when i try to install the drivers i get this any fix?

Most likely they're unsigned (and you're not booted into test mode), or they're for the wrong bitness of the operating system, or outright for the wrong operating system (I haven't seen many Windows drivers in quite a few years using libusb at least as a first choice, most things developed today use winusb instead)

so how would i get it to work if you know
