It could also run Windows, Linux, iOS, OSX, Amiga Workbench, OS/2, CP/M or whatever OS you want to port/recompile and create hardware drivers for.

Anything runs on ARM if you recompile it and provide/write drivers, specially Windows CE, RT and Windows 10.

But it really depends on what kind of "hacked" you mean. I would find it unlikely, as

that would require some security exploit due to it messing with the OS

Maybe something like A9LH would do the trick.

nintendo didn't even provided a cool video player for the 3ds... (we got youtube but it was not local player) or dvd player on the wii...
sony is more cool in giving other extra features... the ps3 even played files via streaming!
