Hacking If I want to create a homebrew application for the Wii, what should my individual components and workloads be for installing Visual Studio?

I am trying to install Visual Studio 2019 for compiling code for creating a Homebrew application for the Wii. Most of my question is in the title but I can add anything in replies if needed.
