If someone in the gbatemp community were to become a developer.... Could they create a game with a vuln purposely slipped in for homebrew?

Try thinking the other way around: you think Ninty wouldn't know how to check for those by now?
They haven't learned how to stop save exploits yet, so why now suddenly? I remember people saying the 3ds and wiiu would be uncrakable after learning their lessons with DS/DSi/Wii.
Remember Ironhax?
Doubt it was intentional lol. Devs don't make money when their game is pulled from the eshop.

Because Nintendo totally wouldn't find out and it is very easy to become a licensed Nintendo developer
well its true nintendo scans your game after submission to NOA/NOE. :P
And it's not that hard to become a dev, just fake a lot of your info ;)
Go publish a game on IOS and they'll think your an indie dev. :P
why ios? because its a lot harder to get an app accepted to the app store where as google play literally accepts almost anything

I'd give that person credit for having some balls if they tried this but it doesn't seem wise and I'd strongly advise serious developers not to even consider it. I guess it's fun to speculate, though.
