What if we could have blue tooth on the dsi? wouldn't that be awesome?

the dsi has a head phone jack that could possibly hold an antenna that's compatible with blue tooth!! and a flash card might possibly be able to run some specail software that could talk to what ever drive(ex. c: d:) the head phone jack is in.

i think this might work because i know the headphone jack has a driver code(which would be used in coding the program) and i know that a flash card can send a signal to it because it can play music duh :). but things i dont know is if the antena could send A signal back, but (and im not sure) ive seen programs that could sense if you had a pair of headphone pluged in, which would lead to the idea that the head phone jack sent signal to the flash card.

o and i dont even know if they sell bluetooth external antenna that can plug in to the head phone jack so if you invented it you could be rich

so if you know any skill that could possibly make this work plz work on this project

ps. if you dont have anything PRODUCTIVE to say dont say any thing at all. and there are other ports on the dsi including the sd port wich might beable to do this.

just think about the idea think about all the stuff we could do like Super blue tooth hack.

As far as I know the headphone jack wouldn't be capable of handling something like that. Bluetooth works through data, not through noise. Unless you built a device that translated the noise from the headphone jack into data before sending it to the bluetooth device, but that's really alot of work for a homebrew project.

and i guess it is a request but i was really just throwing out new ideas...

and this would be able to connect to the computer and other phones and if this program was really good it would be java capable and we could use the supper bluetooth hack

That's not creative genius. That's throwing an impracticle idea out into the wild in the hopes that someone can tell you it's a great idea.

agreed, there is absolutely no way the headphone jack could communicate with the NAND or CPU(s) inside the DSi. Especially not the DSi. Your best bet would be a flash cart with bluetooth technology built in. Like that would ever happen.

Bluetooth? Yeah right. Why do we need that? We already have Wi-Fi which we can use to make our DSes communicate with the computer via a wireless router. There loads of specialist hardware that would need to be made for bluetooth and even then, what would we use it for?

stfu to everyone who doesn't know what im talking about and if you see no pratical use in this well you don't deserve to own a game(especially a flash card) period. there's no point in any thing we do, every thing we do is just for the what the fuck factor

and yes i do know what im talking about i just don't have the coding/soldering skills to make it work

be an optimist not a pessimist

Looks like you have some things you need to throw away.
