Homebrew [IDEA] Custom DNS for Doodlebombs?

Hello! I'm not sure if this is the right place, but would it be possible for someone to make a custom DNS, have it on their 3DS, open Swapdoodle, and click "SpotPass Delivery Check", it will auto send them the doodle bomb, instead if having to rely on members sending them? Again, I'm not sure if it's possible, but this would make the process a lot easier.

the files are sent encrypted so we would need a nossl patch on the source and a server to handle the sent flipnotes
