Hacking I want to fully upgrade my wii.

I'm giving my wii to my nephew and i want to get it back to regular stuff. but when i went to update my wii it said that it if i had unauthorized material on my wii it would remove it and my wii may be inoperable

i have a couple stuff from a couple months ago. I havent updated anything since the usb loaders came out.

and CIOS and other stuff can some one help me out. or point somewhere that can help me out
