Homebrew I used the new 3ds file in uninstalling the boot9strap on my old 3ds, now it's brick just power on blue, no display, please help me

You'll need to use NTRBoot/"Magnethax" or a hardmod and then use a CTR Transfer to flash the correct firmware for your system.

You'll need a hard mod to flash a nand backup. Some people here used to do them, idk if anyone still offers this service though. Idk who to recommend either.

If it doesn't work then you must have the wrong payload or not be putting the magnet on right. I fixed a N3DS that was flashed with O3DS firmware using NTRBoot so it definitely works. NTRBoot reauires both the payload for the flashcart and a payload on the SD card as well. Make sure you have everything you need set up and try again.
