Hacking SigHaxed Firm File not found

Hello, I wanted to hack my new 3ds because it is bricked (blue screen). The only way is to do it with SafeB9Installer and a flashcard. However, it tells me that the SigHaxed Firm File was not found. The boot9strap folder on the SD card already contains boot9strap.firm, boot9strap.sha and secret_sector.bin. I've searched through many forums but nothing has helped.

try copying the firmware files again.
can you send a screenshot of the contents of the boot9strap folder if copying the files dont work?
