What if there was a way to send channels to friends, with wads, who don't have homebrew. I know some people who don't want homebrew because of bricks, but do want free VC/WiiWare game.

Nope..
Each installed channels have their own special ID (no, am not talking about Title IDs here), which links the wii's ID. So, without any method of transferring the channel as-is-installed, with a step of removing the special ID, it won't work.
I couldn't code, but eitherways, I really vouch for WAD Manager.

Who knows all I know is if they are dumb enough to use a bad wad they deserve a brick. If you use only official VC release wads You should have no risk at all.
