is it safe yes or no?

They already answered your question in the other thread, which was also linked above.

To put the quote directly, look below:
Any usage of CFW, homebrew, and mods can lead to a ban. And quit making new threads to ask a question that has already been answered for you several times.

YouTube/gamer,s have mods and don,t get bans why?
Because some mods just changes the skin/stage textures, some of that mods don't affect gameplay, so they are considered WIFI SAFE ;), but if you replace/add custom movesets, custom taunts, physics, etc. YOU will get banned, so, don't use mods ONLINE. understood? :teach:

What do you mean???
Some modders, considerate their mods as "WIFI SAFE" ... Years ago I downloaded a skin mod that replaces Incineroar to Machamp skin, but I was get banned online :hateit: bc the skin was modified to make him a little more taller, that mod was considered WIFI SAFE. So, I just warn you, first read the comments on gamebanana if that mod is WIFI SAFE, then if the creator says if it is, just download it.

is it yes or no?
I don't understand why do you don't read, nor you did use the search bar at top of page, opening a new thread and asking again after you got your answer will not speed up to get an answer. it's more spam than help.

How do we know if the mods are safe?
*this is my last response*

Well, is not hard hard to see if the mod is WIFI SAFE, just search for mods that don't affect gameplay like, stage textures, music, skin color, etc. Just secure that the mod is not obvious to get a ban risk. If you wan't to use a lot of mods without getting banned, just don't use the Wifi, delete the internet settings and play. I recommend you to use EmuMMC with IncognitoRCM, this last changes the Switch serial number to XAW0000000000, it means that Nintendo never ban you because every ban requires a real Serial number to block the online features of the console.
