i need help with my nds oled (power button not working)

after i install picofly modchip successfully (not my first time)

the problem is only the power button won't work and first i boot the battery charge sign comes before anything seems like an error with system , i tried everything, last thing i did i changed the MAX77620H chip and nothing change.

please if u can help write

Someone correct me if i'm wrong but even with an unpatched Switch with autoRCM, you won't see the battery sign show up.
