Hacking I need help on running backups

Hi, I want to run some backups on my xbox360s.

I've searched a lot around but I could not find any sort of step by step guide (like I could with all Nintendo consoles).

There's anyone who could help me on that?

This is actually rather outdated. No mention of RGH3 even.
