Ok hope someone can help me, so I've found two unused backup xbox360 slim consoles I had incase my JTAG Jasper 4gb died, it didn't but it's a bit tatty with the face falling off so I want to mod my slim.

From reading up, both consoles are Corona 16MB nand.

I've already purchased the following 150MHZ Machine Pulse Chip Mod Chip for Xbox 360 Slim ACE V3 With Slim Cable.

From reading up I won't need the postfix. My question is what more do I need apart from this glitcher in order to get freeboot, FSD and games running from HDD?

You'd need to do some drive mods in order for the drive to read backup games if I'm not mistaken.

Any help is appreciated.

My only reason to try get this working is because the xbox360 emulator is far from perfect and many of my games don't work.

Thanks

You don't need a modchip anymore with xbox 360, you can use the RGH3 method. Google is your friend.

Thanks for the quick response, was able to cancel my order.

Ok so it says

A device to read the consoles nand (xFlasher, NAND-X, JR-Programmer, MTX Flasher, Raspberry Pi Pico)

Which one of these is the cheapest way to read the NAND?

Thanks for your help

Ok so the cheapest and flashier reader I found is Matrix MTX SPI NAND Flasher V1.0 for Xbox 360

Where can I find the solder points for this flasher for my motherboard?.

Thanks

Rasperry pi pico's cost pennies and you can use it for other things. You are better using that, they cost less than £5.

PS once you have the glitch running, you can get your dvd key from xell or from dashlaunch output. Then you can put your drive into vendor mode and flash it:

TBH, unless you are dumping your own games from the drive you'll probably never use it as you can install games to hdd and not bother with discs. Also if you use google, you can find instructions to flash your dvd drive flash chip with a raspberry pi pico and flashrom.
