ROM Hack I need a tool

hello, guys.

I'm translation gyakuten saiban jiten to Korean.
By the way, this game have a speech bubble in "atta!" same as another gyakuten series.
So, it compressed use costumed RLE than another gyakuten series.
So, anyone have a tool can decompress this RLE?

are you sure it's a RLE??
I admit longtime has passed since i touched that game and I am not sure what I saw at that time but I don't think there is RLE in that game but, like i said, it has been a longtime so i could be wrong.
Can you japanese?? I would be interested in a cooperation to translate this "game".

Well, Gykuten Kenji 2 I am 100% sure they are not in RLE, Gyakuten Kenji 1 75% sure they are not in RLE and for the rest of the serie I am 50% sure they are not RLE. I spended some time with the serie a while ago trying to hack AAI2 in the early stages and to help Aptony with his russian translation ( HERE ) but we never made a "map" of all we found and how it is compressed.
Anyway, can you post the file you think "atta" is on it??
Or tell me where i can find it in the game??
