well, assuming you didn't brick the console by doing so, no

I did the same thing! But you won't be able to launch them through normal means. You would need to launch them through a patched versions of the Sysnand (launching into sysnand using; Pasta, Rxtools, reiNAND, ect.) otherwise they don't do anything.
