Hacking I have wad games on my wii, if i try to download a game from the virtual console legit...

Will Nintendo know? For instance I have some games as wads on my wii like cave story, but if i want to redownload a game from the wii shop i deleted from my system that i bought the normal way, will nintendo find out that i have wads? It's a dumb question but i have no clue if they're able to do something like that.

There was absolutely no detection as far as i know.

edit: i mean beside cheats of course.

No, because 1: There is no way to tell unless you somehow access encrypted files on your NAND, and 2: It's the Wii.

No, they can't do that. In fact, cheating was so common in online games that I don't think there was any sort of banning or even detection system in place.
