Hello,
I am sorry if i am missing something because its my first time on the iOS threads of GBAtemp but here is my problem:
I own a iPad Mini 1 and its on iOS 9.2.3 and its (of course) not jailbroken since it doesnt support 32-bit devices.
I had iOS 8 before that with Cydia installed and i loved it, but for some reason i dont remember, i switched to iOS 9.
Well i firstly wanted it to upgrade to iOS 9 only but iTunes didnt let that anymore.
And my problem on iOS 9 is, i miss cydia so much and i cant downgrade my iPad anymore :(
Is there anything i can do to jailbreak my iPad now?
Any advice is appreciated :)

You can't downgrade as Apple do not sign iOS 8 anymore, so until a 32 bit JB is released, your screwed

Are there any unofficial downgrade tools or something?
And we have another iPad Mini at home which is iOS 8, can i somehow transfer the version to my iPad or something?
EDIT: Well you said iOS 8 but even if i just downgrade to iOS 9.0.1 it will be enough to JB

No, there are no downgrade tool and I think there won't be any in
the near or far future.
Pangu was updated, but as you said, it still doesn't support 32 bit devices.
As for now, there are no way for you to get jailbroken.

The exploits have never been found in any 32-bit version, I see it as unlikely that there's going to be another JB in the next 6 months.
Shame, I'm on a 32-bit iPhone... :(

TCG Pocket, the cards only have weaknesses, no resistance, and so far only have one single attack and possibly one passive ability
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
Hey @Xdqwerty , just wondering, what do you mean by your phone can't run TCG Pocket? Is Google Play Store saying your device is not compatible? If so, you might be able to try sideloading the APK and running it that way https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/the-p...okemon-tcg-pocket-1-0-9-android-apk-download/
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
If you go into security options on your phone there should be an option to "allow installing from unknown sources" or something to that effect, then when you download the APK you can tap it and it will install manually
  • Xdqwerty @ Xdqwerty:
@Sicklyboy, yup, Google play store says it won't work
  • Sicklyboy @ Sicklyboy:
    Sideloading it from APKmirror maaaaaa
y work for you then 👀

@Sicklyboy, someone on Reddit told me this btw:

TCG live is an online version of the actual TCG. The primary way to unlock cards is to buy the physical cards as there is no monetization at all. You can still get cards without but much less.Like I said it's the actual game. Pocket is a much simplified version.Live has 60 card decks vs 20 from PocketAnother major difference is Winning in Live you have prize cards. Where after you draw your iirc 8 cards you put 6 cards off to the side. You get these cards into your hand by defeating pokemon once you reclaim all 6 you win.Further difference is the need to have energy cards in your deck. Meaning you are limited in how much energy you have.Live is also more prone to crashes & bugs. Like I said the service has absolutely zero monetization so less incentive to fix bugs when it works pretty good 80% of the time (exaggeration)Pocket is about collecting Live is for battles.Pocket matches last like 10 minutes Live is easily 20.

oh man I totally forgot about the size difference of the decks

Sucks that the main way to get cards in game is to buy cards IRL though :(
