Not really, the only real difference between Pro and ME/LME anymore is:

ME/LME: LEDA support

Pro: Semi working online mode for Slims, Brites, and Gos.

So pick your poison or install both.

It's an old plugin designed by Dark Alex that allows homebrew dependent on the 1.50 kernel to run under newer firmware. It's nice for running old homebrew without switching to older firmware.
